Utilities, TS types, static data and common GROQ queries for JS-based websites.

The most important bit of this package is the buildConfig.ts file, where we define the shape and treatment of user configuration for Tinloof websites.

Helpers that depend on this configuration are instantiated by configuredUtils.ts, which is called once in client websites. Refer to @tinloof/remix-cli/template/app/utils/toolkit.ts for example usage.
