Spinner Tracking

This package provides the <tattler> component, which can be used to track other angular components' lifespans and send data to external stores for analysis.

The obvious example is to add a tattler to a "loading indicator" component. Everywhere this component is surfaced, its lifespan will be tracked so you can determine which parts of your app appear to be slow performing to the end user.
