ngx-scss-fetcher 🔗

This is a simple Angular 7+ service that gives you access to SCSS-variables in TypeScript.

Installation

Add this library as a dependency to your project:

npm install @winteragency/ngx-scss-fetcher

Usage

First import the service in your components:

import { Component } from '@angular/core';
import { ScssFetcherService } from '@winteragency/ngx-scss-fetcher';

@Component({
    selector: 'app-component',
    template: '<h1>{{value}}</h1>'
})
export class AppComponent {

    private value: string = this.fetcher.get('testColor');

    constructor(private fetcher: ScssFetcherService) {}

}

Then add the following in styles.scss

@import '~@winteragency/ngx-scss-fetcher/main';

$color: #b4d455;

@include scss-fetcher('testColor', $color);

Methods

There is only one method in the ScssFetcherService:

ScssFetcherService.get()
