Matlab Test Package

This little package is used to test out ideas on using NPM as a MATLAB package manager. Since NPM was really not built with this kind of (ab)use in mind, I sometimes have to test things out to see if I can get the kind of behavior I need.

Current Version => 2.2.1

Here's the current version, kept in the readme just for the sake of changing a file on each version bump
