The changes described above improve PegaRPA performance, simplify operations, and maximize the power of robotics. We have also leveraged the new Visual Studio 2019 subscription model to bring exciting features to customers:

  • Robot Studio now has the Visual Studio template for creating services using DSS for the first time, so you can leverage a template that makes managing large-scale simulations a simple experience.

A robot must be defined by a variety of system-defined properties. The following properties are system properties and cannot be manually changed after the robot has been created. Properties can be set only once for the robot. Name: The name of the robot. You must define a name for the robot. The robot's name will be displayed when you create an entity using the robot. The simulator will allow you to search for an entity of this name. You can change the name of the robot later when you create an entity. For more information, see Simulation Example . Path: The path or a URL for the robot to use in order to access the simulation. If the path is a URL, you can pass parameters to the URL. For example, a URL that returns a PDF document with an embedded simulation can be configured so that the simulation is automatically opened when the simulation is activated. URI: The URN (Universal Resource Identifier) the robot is using to access the simulation. UIAccessibilityPath: An identifier that the robot can use in order to describe the simulation. For more information about the AccessibilityProperties, please refer to XAML Accessibility Control . This attribute is only used by the VSE user interface (not in the simulator). 84d34552a1
