We were very pleased with the exceptional service we received from National Cremation Service. My dad passed away late in the evening and had purchased a plan from them, so I had no idea what to expect. Within our initial phone call, two nicely dressed gentlemen in suits came to pick him up right away and did so in a very respectful and dignified manner. I received a call from Randy the next morning, he offered his deepest condolences, and he explained the process clearly and answered all of our questions. He was very empathetic and professional and responsive to our needs. We opted for a viewing, which was held at the Garden of Prayer Funeral home, which was a beautifully maintained and elegant facility. Randy greeted us warmly upon our arrival and escorted us to see our Dad for the last time. Dad looked exactly as we remembered him, and so peaceful. It was clear he was prepared with the utmost care and respect, and that comforted us so much. Due to the pandemic, we had limited time to visit, but Randy was so gracious with us and did his best to accommodate us to the best of his ability. It is clear that Randy has a passion for what he does and this meant so much during such a difficult time. Dads ashes came back to us within the timeframe he promised and delivered with the utmost respect. This is a top-notch service. Everything was executed seamlessly with empathy, care, and respect. I highly recommend Randy and his team to anyone needing this service. Thank you, Randy, you are truly the best.
