The 80th edition of the ABC Pro Rodeo begins Thursday in Levelland with its usual schedule of four performances. The start times at the Mallet Event Center and Arena are 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 7:30 p.m. Friday and 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Thursday's card includes past National Finals Rodeo qualifiers Bill Tutor in bareback riding, Brody Cress in saddle bronc riding, Reese Riemer and Bradley Bynum in tiedown roping, Jana Bean and Tiany Schuster in barrel racing and Scottie Knapp in bull riding. Also entered again is Wyatt Muggli, last year's all-around champion.
Cress has qualified for the NFR each of the past six years and won the NFR average titles in 2017, 2019 and 2021.
