An ultra simple test runner, with a similar interface to Mocha.

Usage

The basic idea is that this is like Mocha but IO is run in parallel, therefore there is no guarantee on ordering but it should be much quicker in a lot of scenarios. Also there should be no configuration needed or necessary.
