Alfred workflow for searching your Confluence workspace

Install

npm install --global alfred-confluence

Prerequisites

• Node.js 18+
• Alfred Powerpack
• A Confluence account

Getting Started

1. Generate an API token for your Atlassian account
2. Open Alfred Preferences
3. Click on the "Workflows" tab, and then the "Confluence" workflow
4. Click the [x] in the top right of the workflow panel to show the Workflow Environment Variables pane
5. Populate the CONFLUENCE_* environment variables with your information
   • CONFLUENCE_API_HOST -> Your Confluence base URL; e.g. https://your-workspace.atlassian.net/wiki
   • CONFLUENCE_API_TOKEN -> Your API token from step 1
   • CONFLUENCE_USER_EMAIL -> Your Confluence email address

Usage

In Alfred, type cf, then:

• Enter to open your home page
• Space followed by your query to fuzzy search content by title
  • Select an item and press Enter to open the page in your browser
  • Hold Command when pressing Enter to copy and paste the full URL
  • Hold Alt when pressing Enter to copy and paste the tiny URL
