Alfred workflow to generate the YouTube short link from a url in your clipboard

Shorten the YouTube link in your clipboard and copy the version which starts with https://youtu.be/ for convenience.

Install

npm install --global alfred-youtube-share-link

Requires Node.js 14+ and the Alfred Powerpack.

Usage

1. Open Alfred
2. Either enter yts for clipboard shortening
3. Or provide the url via yts https://youtube.com/watch?v=askdf214s
4. Hit Enter to copy the created YouTube share link to your clipboard
