Algo MiMC Hasher

Algorand App that provides MIMC7 hasher functionality, implemented in an efficient manner where hashes are cached into box storage. Once cached a hash can be referenced by another Algorand app through an inner transaction call to the verifyMimcHash function.

Testing

Prior to testing, run yarn link to test the built package itself, with 'algo-mimc-hasher' referencing the built package.
