Usage

• Use as-change attribute in select tag. Here testFunc() gets called even when user selectes the same value from the dropdown

 <select ng-model="secondDropDownValue" as-change="testFunc(secondDropDownValue);">

• Use as-change="autoFocusOff" to disble scroll/rollover of dropdown in IE. fix for issue - StackOverFlow link
