Testing procedure

1. Create an account in isengard
2. load creds using ada ada credentials update --account=XXXXXXXX --provider=isengard --role=admin &
3. cdk bootstrap --context email=<email_address>
4. npm install
5. npm run build
6. cdk deploy --context email=<email_address>
