help to annotate /*#__PURE__*/ to drop dead code in Webpack for uglyfiy and tree shaking

Will transform

}

to

    return "call" + s
}

export const stringA = /*#__PURE__*/call("a")
export const stringB = /*#__PURE__*/(() => call("b"))()
