be2works will check that the battery is at the full charge level. if it detects that the battery is already at the full charge level, be2works will not check it further. in most cases, this is the desired behavior.

to unlock the bq8011 you need to contact be2works support at the following number for initial support: +1.818.406.3898 and then request to be placed in their unlock queue. you can also ask for further support at:

my be2works software shows the battery is charging. can't it tell me the remaining battery time? i bought the be2works software and charged my battery. it got to 8.7% and now it is at 0%. it is still charging but it looks like the battery is dead. i'm wondering if i can get another battery and use my charger to charge it. when i open the be2works software it says it is charging. it is in the middle of charging, so i think i can get another battery. are there any problems with charging two batteries in the same charger? thanks 84d34552a1
