How to get the CLI to work (windows):

• Install BetterTS
• Add to Path:
  • in search-bar type: edit the system environment variables, it should be the first option
  • close to the bottom it should say Environment Variables
  • it is divided into 2 parts, in the top one, select Path, once selected click Edit
  • on the right-hand-side there is a button New, click it.
  • in the box paste this: C:\Program Files\bts
