blinkloader-tunnel is created for blinkloader. It's not expected to be used anywhere else.

So what it does?

It's used in static website optimization process. This module is responsible for exposing local static website to the outer world for further optimization (using tcp tunneling).

It uses code written in go under the hood (see /bin directory), so its only a javascript wrapper.
