Brontosaurus Ponderosa

A small example of using GitHub Actions to:

• build go CLI tools
• create GitHub releases
• publish to npm as a binary installable package

The CLI tools themselves:

• brontosaurus-ponderosa prints "Yee-Roar!" and exits
• ponderosa-brontosaurus prints "Roar-Yee!" and exits
