Like shx, but instead of reimplementing everything in JS, it uses Busybox on Windows (ported by Ron Yorston), and everywhere else it just shells out.

The wrapper script is unlicensed, and the Busybox binary is GPLv2. You can see the wrapper source code via Unpkg.
