Usage:

Install with npm or \<script>: npm install canvas-dpi-scaler or <script href='canvas-dpi-scaler.js'>

canvasDpiScaler(canvas, context, [customWidth], [customHeight])

var canvasDpiScaler = require('canvas-dpi-scaler'),
    canvas = document.getElementById('some-canvas-el'),
    context = canvas.getContext('2d');
