hello mr ali, im having trouble finding the drivers for my graphics card (second monitor) for windows 7, 10, and 11? ive tried different driver locations with no luck. i can run the game fine on a different computer i have, but there are issues with the monitor. is there a way to get my game to play on this new monitor with my original graphics card? thank you for all the help  in advance.


Hey Ali, thank you so much for helping me with this lol. I have been trying to uninstalled the game and followed your instructions and nothing. No updates, and the launcher didnt work. In order to unisntall the game, I extracted the original.exe files from my HDD, and then went into the C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\FileSync\UserSync\channels\pcgames2\Steam\SteamApps\common\genshinimpact2 and deleted all the files that mentioned genshincontact2. Then I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it from the steam app, but nothing happens. When I load the game, it says the game is not properly installed. Please help me! Thank you


Hey Ali! Thanks for the great guide to uninstalling. I've followed the instructions and uninstalled the game, but the launcher still says that I can't uninstall when I click on that button and cannot launch game because of this error. I will try uninstalling my account from the game and try the instructions you suggested, but I might have other problems. In the meantime, if anyone knows a solution to the launcher bug, please let me know. Thanks! :)


Hey, this worked for me, just in case anyone else is having problems. Since I uninstalled the game, I have a problem with the GenshinImpact Launcher saying there's an error but no option to fix. When I click on that button and launch the game, it opens a window like this: "Windows cannot install programs from the folder because one or more of the files that make up this application are missing, corrupted or damaged." "Launch GenshinImpact Launcher" is grayed out, and when I try to launch that I get a window saying "The file xxx is not a valid Win32 application." It also has another error: "the directory windows\xxx does not exist" I've tried everything to fix this, but it only gets worse. For example, I did everything in the guide, but when I launch the game, I get the error message again. I was wondering if anyone can help me fix this... 84d34552a1
