CLI to change quotes from single to double, or double to single.

npm i change-quotes --save

Changes to single quotes by default:

change-quotes foo.js

To specify the type, single or double:

change-quotes foo.js --type double

To specify a dest file:

change-quotes foo.js --dest bar.js
