Cloud PubSub

API for google cloud pubsub. Currently hitting version v1. Constructor takes an object with these members

• key: google service acount key
• email: google service account client email
• project: name of the google cloud project
• topic: optional, name of the topic, defaults to pubsub

api is the same as node event emitters.
