功能需求

字符串可能的类型

1. 数字字符串
2. 英文字符串
3. 中文字符串
4. 数字中文英文混排

排序条件

1. 数字 按照数值大小排序
2. 字母 按照字母顺序排序
3. 中文 可以按照 ascii 或者 字符首字母字符顺序进行排列
4. 数字在英文字符前面
5. 字母在中文字符前面
6. 一个字符串包含, 数字, 字母, 中文, 则遍历该字符串依次按照前几条规则进行排序

其他:

1. 字符串中的数字, 单个数值依此比较: 如 a1, a12, a2, a13 --> a1, a12, a13 a2
2. 字符串中的数字, 取出连续数字进行比较: 如 a1, a12, a2, a13 --> a1, a2, a12
3. 中文字符同音字的处理
