Install the plugin by:

npm install cordova-ionicv5-firebase-x

Copy the following statements

apply plugin: com.google.firebase.crashlytics

     buildTypes {

             firebaseCrashlytics {

             }
         }
         release {
             firebaseCrashlytics {
                 nativeSymbolUploadEnabled true

Paste them to the project level capacitor.build.gradle under the
