Keychain Plugin for Apache Cordova

Same code as Cordova-plugin-ios-keychain created by Shazron Abdullah and updated by Max Lynch. The only change was applied to Auth0 SimpleKeychain to use different keychain access control to use Touch ID or Face ID without passcode and also to pass through the error code.
