Cordova Plugin UWP Back Button

Simple plugin for the windows 10 platform only in order to hide the UWP-backbutton on the top bar of Universal Windows Platform Apps.

Just execute (ionic) cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-uwpbackbutton, if you add the plugin the 1st time. The plugin should get written into the config.xml and the package.json, if you're using ionic.
