Create Alchemy BE

Don't install this package. Use npm init in parent directory.

npm init alchemy-be NAME_OF_PROJECT

1. npm init alchemy-be PROJECT_NAME

2. cd into PROJECT_NAME

3. create a new repo on github

4. git remote add origin REPO_URL **do not initialize with README.md
