A wrapper around create-react-app to add the common things I use to create a new project

Items added include 1. React Router - An AppHost page that serves as a template page for the app 2. Material Design - Using Material-Ui 3. MobX - Injected stores class 4. Service Layer - MobX stores call out to service classes to call API's 5. Axios - Included Api class to wrap Axios to make async api calls easier 6. WebFontJS - Loads google web fonts 7. FontAwesome & Material Fonts Support - Add new icons to App.tsx 8. Bearer Token - Added class to hold the current token when calling endpoints.
