Further help
To get more help on the Angular CLI use ng help or go check out the Angular CLI README.
Note:
Prior versions of npm had inherently included this flag when the package.lock.json was present. This appears to no longer be the case by default https://github.com/npm/cli/issues/4998.
Because of this, it may be necessary to run "npm install --legacy-peer-deps" when installing packages.
