CTDMClient API

CTIntegrations CTSuite Javascript API is an interface that enable developers to easily embed advanced server-side telephony communication functionality in user and business web applications and helping to create seamless user experience. It makes telephony communication easy by abtracting the protocols and complexity out fhte application developers tasks. The Client API supporting the following features, including:

• The ability to utilize third party call control such as make, answer, transfer, hold, retrieve, divert, conference and drop calls.
• Perform ACD Agent login/logout.
• Change ACD Agent state.
• Take a snapshot of the device, incluidng information regarding the calls on the device and the parties on the call.

In addition, the Client API provides no client side installations are required since the API is 100 percent browser based.
