Publishing a Release

Make sure all files on master are merged in.
Run tests to make sure they all still pass.
Run storybook and make sure stories are working.
Run parcel to generate new exports.
Publish storybook.
Make sure all changes are merged in again. (Possibly need to start ignoring some items here, or re-evaluate step 1).
Use np to publish new package.
