This is the central controller. It uses the MS Bot Framework (or similar) to

• Receive communications from multiple messaging services
• Authenticate
• Stores messages and answers in the DB using curedb
• Process messages
• Feed them through our rules engine
• Return a message or card using Adaptive Cards (http://adaptivecards.io/) or similar
