Custom Discord Rich Presence for npx use.

Better use with npx...

To use this you need to create a Discord Application:

1. For this go to Discord Devlopper Portal

2. Copy the client ID and the Client Secret:

3. Then run npx CustomDiscordRPC [your token first time]

For any problem, please create an issue... If needed the file where the program store the token is ./config.json

For this program to work you a discord instance must be open on your computer...
