Installation

for index.js.map (before)

cp -Rf ionic-wrapper __an_ionic_project__/node_modules/copied-ionic-wrapper
cd __an_ionic_project__
npm install rollup@0.50.0 
npm install rollup-plugin-typescript2
cd __an_ionic_project__/node_modules/copied-ionic-wrapper
rollup -c

then copy the index.js.map file and put in close to the package.json

for npm (after) :

$ npm login
$ nano package.json (change and upgrade the version number)
$ npm publish
