Watch DartFiles for changes and compile them to JS.

Dart is cool, and I love the the dart2js functionality, but I needed something to constantly be runnning compiling my dart to js for use in my front end app.

This is the answer.

Must have Dart2Js in your PATH.

sudo npm install dartwatcher
