data-gotcha

data-gotcha repository is the repo that the new hive, user management, are going to use to handle lambda functions.

data-gotcha is a project that aim to monitoring, notify and act over defined data patterns to mitigate risks, improve operation results and also make data analysis a real time thing.

about the goals of data-gotcha:

1. Monitoring. Become aware of events on datasources.

2. Watching. Look for each event_records to proceed with gotcha workflow to redirect event_records for the interested domains.

3. Notify is send messages to users(using slack) that have interest on a especific match of data x pattern. For instance, there is a POC(proof of concept) that uses defined search patterns to check for multiple operations that have the same benefitiary and users from payment, compliance and history departaments are interested on the results of the matched data.

4. Act is to give a possibility for the users that received a notification to handle the event in a way that (e.g.) mitigate the finantial risk of fraud(AML) and the brand's risk of been exposed because of bad fx operations.
