DEPLOYER2000

This npm Package create with the install cmd a Structure for Heroku deploy (includes dockerize)

1. "npm run deployer2000"
2. Dockerfile, nginx.conf and yaml.main will create + @angular/cli change to a compability Version to dockerize node version
3. change in Dockerfile the Path of the app output like /dist/.....
4. Create a git Repo
5. Create a heroku App
6. Create in your repo 3 Secrets named: HEROKU_EMAIL, HEROKU_API_KEY and HEROKU_APP_NAME
7. Insert the values you get from Heroku
