Easy Charts

East Charts is (going to be) an easy to use chart plotting module which plots SVG charts in the angular framework.

Why start yet another charting library when there are already many of exsiting libraries out there? Firstly a lot of the libraries out there are incomplete and the authors have lost interest. Secondly we wanted a SVG based solution rather than canvas based solution. Thirdly a lot of the existing solutions were very heavey wrappers round other libraries shoe-horned into the angular framework. This library is Angular from the ground up. Finally I wanted to explore the full capabilities of SVG and what it can offer and this is a great way to do this.

Please note that as I'm Britsh, Colour is spelt in English rather than American English.
