Geocluster

Uses hdbscan to cluster properties according to lat-long location. Assigns properties to clusters based on location, clusters are identified by the artifact cluster, the value of which is a integer corresponding to the cluster number. Valid cluster have a positive integer cluster number, a cluster number of -1 means this property was assigned to no cluster, it was instead identified as a noise point.
