USE METHODS

first :Install this cli in global.

 npm i eli-cli -g

then:use it which you had downloaded init one project

 ec init -t vue

description:ec is on command and it is necessary.init is an option of ec and it is only one option now. -t is short word for --template. vue is your project tempalte which will been init.
