Instalation

• Install nodejs in https://nodejs.org/en/download/
• Install embrioparser CLI

npm install -g embrioparser

Usage

Read the help information

embrioparser -h

Create directory ./files and ./results and place your excel files to be converted at ./files. Or, use -s and -d options to specify your custom source and results directories.

Open terminal or cmd and run command bellow:

embrioparser -s [/path/to/source/dir] -d [/path/to/destination/dir]
