Publishing a new version

• Make and commit the desired changes
• Ensure you have the token in your .npmrc in your user folder and npm whoami gives you back a valid response
• Bump the package version using npm version <patch|minor|major>
• Run npm publish to automatically build (using the prepublishOnly npm script) then push the built artifacts to NPM
