Promo Boards are used to contain Promo Tiles.

Either all or none of the contained Promo Tiles must have images.

These images are displaed behind an overlay and so should be low resolution as to stop the page size getting too large.

An editor can put 1 to 7 Promo Tiles in a Promo Board.
