expendebles uses localStorage for saving your data, hence it stays on your machine/phone.

No network connection needed, except the initial page load. You can leave the loaded tab and use it forever, it won't use the internet.

Refresh the page any time you like, to get the newest features (your data storage is versioned so the app will know how to upgrade).
