browning has been producing the hi-power since the late 1930s and through several design changes has produced probably more variations of the pistol than any other brand. no one ever suggests that the hi-power is a precision piece, but in the right hands it functions well. the hi-power is the smallest and lightest automatic pistol available and makes a perfect concealed carry weapon. it also has the magazines and slides built into the frame of the pistol.


currently, the browning hi-power is available in two versions, 9mm and 40 s&w. with the hi-power selective, you can adjust the hi-power safety to off, slide, or half-cock positions. prior to 1996, the safety was also a full-auto mode.


this browning hi-power is the 12 gauge and is in very good condition. the barrel is a full choked 6" twist and the chambers are full length. the factory number is 1496 with the serial number of 867. the price is $800.00. if you are interested in a browning hi-power at a great price, call me at 901-426-5930 for information. 


received this as a trade. this barrel was ordered from browning and is the first hi-power that i owned. a true rarity, this hi-power serial number was 953. this pistol functions perfectly and its a great shooter. it has a new red stainless finish and the hammer is marked for 8mm only. this hi-power serial number is marked very well. the serial number 853 is still on the pistol. this pistol is $550.00.
