faithful-exec v0.1.0
faithful-exec

Wraps child_process.exec, returning a promise.
faithful-exec exports a single function that lets you execute system commands via child_process.exec. It adapts the interface of exec as follows:
- When the command succeeds, the promise gets fulfilled with a
resultobject that has two properties, stderrandstdout. - When the command fails, the error object returned by
child_process.execgets extended with two properties:stderrandstdout.
This way, you always have access to a command's full output, regardless of what happens.
Like child_process.exec, faithful-exec also lets you set options through a optional second argument.
