usage

$ npm install -g fis-parser-dust
$ vi path/to/project/fis-conf.js

//file : path/to/project/fis-conf.js
//NOTE : name of template registed in dust will be '/relative/path/to/.dust/file', one more '/' than the output of grunt-dust.
