In nuxt.config.js add 'fit-tag-for-nuxt' to the modules array

Add a new configuration section called fittag with the following properties:

• fithost The hostname of the FIT Tag to access. Defaults to https://fitlf.com
• fittype The type of page being sent to the FIT Tag. Defaults to page
