bower release library for foundry.

This command updates the semver in a bower.json and handles bower registration via foundry, a modular release management library.

Actions

• On update-files, we update the version in bower.json
• On register, we prompt for a git:// URL and register to the bower repository

Contributing

In lieu of a formal styleguide, take care to maintain the existing coding style. Add unit tests for any new or changed functionality. Lint via grunt and test via npm test.
